“Terms and Policies”

By ordering our products you are agreeing to all of the terms and policies listed below. If there is any confusion about anything listed please send us an email through our contact us section. NO EXCEPTIONS!! Our policies are non-negotiable.

Processing Times
Your processing time for your order is from the day that your payment is collected until the day we ship it to you. This does not include any travel time it takes to get to you. Our current processing times are 20-24 business days.
If you are paying cash or money order be aware that it will take longer and your processing time will be from the day we receive your payment.

Rushed Orders
If you need your items before a specific time (such as for an event) then rush delivery is accepted for an additional 50% of the price of your order, plus quicker shipping. If you need to rush an order please state it in the comments section of the order form. Keep in mind that we need at least 2 weeks notice of your event for a Rush Order to be valid. Certain exceptions will be made but please try to get your rush order placed 2 weeks before said event.

Returns and Refunds
We do not accept returns on any hair pieces are extensions including extensions, dread falls and wigs, custom or quick order, WHAT SO EVER. Do not try and return your fake hair and expect a full refund!
If you are returning your order because of incorrect or damage purposes (wrong color, type of dreads, damaged in shipping..etc) you will have 30 days to return your item to us if it is clearly unused. The incorrect items will then be replaced but please keep in mind your ‘new order’ gets put in line with the rest of our orders and you then will be under the 20-24 business day processing time. If you want it there sooner, you will have a pay the rush delivery fee. However, the new dreads themselves are free of charge.

If you place an order – weather it is custom or quick order – please keep in mind that there are no refunds allowed after a week. You have 7 days to realize that you need your money back otherwise no refunds will be admitted. After a week we are already 1/3rd finished with your order so it is a major inconvenience to ask for a refund when your order is already on it’s way to finished.
Shipping
All orders in the United States are shipped through USPS Priority Mail or UPS with delivery confirmation. We will ship international items through International First Class or UPS international. We are not held responsible for international customs, VAT, or any other charges you may encounter as an international customer. It is your responsibility to contact your country’s customs office, postal service or any other agencies BEFORE you complete your order.

Send Backs
Always make sure you are providing a deliverable shipping address. Failure to give a complete, correct address will result in it getting sent back to us. You will be responsible for paying the shipping fee again. This also applies to unclaimed packages. If your package is stranded at the post office it is your responsibility to pick it up before it is returned to its sender. We are not responsible for paying the reshipping cost.
If the post office made a mistake and your address was correct but for some reason it was sent back, we will cover the cost of reshipping one time and after that any more send backs will be your responsibility to cover.
Please include a delivery address in your order form. If you do not, we will ship to your billing address, so please make sure the two are confirmed as correct.

Pricing and Payment
Prices depend on length, width, and custom decoration (swirls/beads/highlights and streaks/other materials and accessories). All prices are subject to change without notice. Prices are in United States Dollars (USD). Prices are non-negotiable.
We will not start working on your custom orders until we receive payment! Payments are accepted through money order, concealed cash (we are not responsible for lost cash or money orders in mail), Paypal. Keep in mind credit or debit card payments through Paypal can be used. We do not accept personal checks, bank transfers, or foreign currencies. Payment is accepted only through USD. When sending payment through money order or cash, you must provide your order number so we know which order is paid for and ready to be made. If you fail to provide the order number your payment will be sent back to you.
We do not accept deposits or payment plans on any orders. All orders must be paid in full!! We will cancel unpaid orders after the first of the following month that it was sent. If your order is cancelled due to the stated circumstances then you will need to place it again.

Out of Stock and Discontinued Items
If you order an item before it is marked out of stock, you have options for revising your order.
-           Delete the out of stock item and replace it with something in stock
-           Delete the out of stock item, receive a refund for it, and leave the rest of           the order as is
-           Cancel the entire order and receive a full refund

If an item is discontinued it means that we ourselves are not able to carry the product anymore and we cannot restock it. It’s not out of stock but your options for ordering will still be the same.
These are the only exceptions for revised orders. Otherwise, once you place your order you cannot change it. So please make sure you are ordering exactly what you want.

Allergy Warning!!
Ikandi Hair is run in Katie’s home and we have one cat and a dog, all our products are made in a separate part of the house that the animals aren’t allowed near and they know better than to make a mess. However if you have severe allergies to dogs or cats you may want to consider ordering your fake hair from another seller.
