- Where can I place an order? You have two options for order placement – Easy Order pages, and the Custom Order form. Easy Order products can be located on the extensions, falls, and wig pages.
- How long will it take for me to receive my order? Our current processing times for all products custom ordered are 25-32 business days. Our Easy Order products cut out the custom processing time by placing your order at your door in 21-24 business days. We do offer rushed delivery for 50% of the cost of the dreads added onto the price, plus quicker shipping costs. To learn more about standard, custom, and rushed processing times please refer to our Terms of Service page.
- Do I have to get my dreads professionally installed, and will you install them for me? Our falls and wigs come ready to wear. The extensions are fairly easy to braid in yourself with the help of a friend. However, feel free to contact a stylist in your area for installation rates. We are no longer located in a salon therefore we do not perform installations.
- Do you make human dread extensions? By special request only. Our human dread extensions are $10.00 each and we cannot install them for you.
- Why are your processing times so long? We only have 2 stylists on hand, and one of them is part time. We have a lot of orders per month and they are handmade. We need to time to finish everyone’s order.
- I have a style in mind, can you recreate it? Yes! Please feel free to send us a picture of your desired look. Also, if you see a style in our portfolio section, just let us know which picture you were looking at and we’ll be happy to remake that looks for you.
- Will dread extensions damage my hair? We recommend the braid-in method because there is no damage to your natural hair.
