  • Long: 18-24 inches

All hair must be at least 3-4 inches long and be able to make a braid or wrap to wear dreaded extensions.

Mini Dreads –
Mini dreads come both single or double ended and are usually about the diameter of a pencil where as a regular dread would match up to a Sharpie or Crayola marker.

Jumbo Braided Dreads –
JBD’s come in double ended only and are recommended for hair no shorter than 5 inches as your hair will need to be able to support the braid.

Dread Falls
Dread Falls come in a range between 20-60 dreads per fall and are attached to lace or elastic. Hair must be long enough to put into a bun or pigtails to wear falls.

***Important Ordering Information Below***

To make sure your order comes out exactly how you want it please follow the terminology listed below concerning dreads, accessories, braids, and other hair pieces.

Base and Accents – The base is the predominate color of the fall. For example: 40 count black fall with 10 green accents, each piece is a solid color.

Swirls – Equal parts of colors twisted together to look like a candy cane. Equal parts of each color are in a swirl and are not mixed together but side by side. (Click on the Example Image for a better look.)

Pink and Blue Swirl

Blends –Multiple colors are mixed to create the look of a different color. For example, if you have dirty blond hair, try matching 2-3 colors of blond together to create a darker or more dimensional looking blond. (Click on the Example Image for a better look.)

Platinum and Purple Blend

Curled - Dreads are curled to a spring like shape.

DE – Double Ending Dreads

SE – Single Ended Dreads

Kanekalon Jumbo Braid (or KK)– Kanekalon is the synthetic fiber in most of our fake hair products, Jumbo Braid is the texture in which the hair is produced.
